#9 teeshot is a straight and nearly level 296" shot, but the terrain, and tee attitude, try to fool you into thinking otherwise.  There is a guard tree short and right of the basket.  And a main road comes into play on the right side of the fairway.  Many different throwing techniques are effective here.  Beware of rollers due to the midslope pin placement.
